Eat Drink Music Festival, a two-day event featuring a combination of food, drink and music, is set to make its long-awaited debut.
The festival announced that media mogul Matthew Knowles will be speaking at the pre-festival entrepreneurship seminar “To the Top” to be held at the Sedi Conference Center, University of Ghana Legon on Friday, October 27, 2023. Announced.
Matthew Knowles is a world leader as a music executive, entrepreneur, and teacher. He is the manager of Destiny’s Child and the father of music sensations Beyoncé and Solange. Knowles will be visiting Ghana for the first time and speaking to young entrepreneurs about the business side of being creative.

‘To the Top’ is the festival’s initiative to empower dreams, energize the future and be a catalyst for change by supporting entrepreneurs on their path to success.
The festival has set a goal of raising GHS200,000 to help the five selected entrepreneurs scale up in 2023. A portion of the proceeds from the festival and generous donations will help them reach their goals.
The festival is led by co-founder Michael Ayenu Mensah (DJ Mensah), a renowned DJ and entrepreneur. Acting as the team’s creative advisor is Nicole Amatefio, creator of the web/TV series “An African City.”
