Short lista talent consultancy bridging the gap between African talent and startups, social enterprises and mission-driven organizations has announced the launch of Africa Climate Careers Network (ACCN)a resource to mobilize talent for the green economy and to help professionals launch climate careers.
ACCN is alive with more than 1,000 jobs from more than 100 companies across the continent.

The shortlist focuses on two key offerings:
- Shortlist searchoffering executive search for leading start-ups and impact organizations across Africa.
- and Shortlist Futures, focusing on early career launch through career preparation programs in partnership with major employers, training providers and donors across Africa. These programs focus in particular on African youth, women and people with disabilities to provide apprenticeship and ‘career on-ramp’ opportunities in collaboration in high-growth sectors such as climate, clean energy and technology.
