The NBA today debuted its Christmas brand campaign, “The Gift of Game,” which celebrates the timeless tradition and captures the magic of holiday wreaths. “The Gift of Game” is now streaming on all @NBA platforms and the NBA app.
“It was the night before the NBA on Christmas Day, when across the house, a family of fans would soon discover several players fidgeting and running.
Because under the socks that were carefully hung on the chimney, a basketball game had started and St. Nick (in his Nike Kobe 6 Reverse Grinches) was indeed there.
Our family was nestled in their beds, visions of three pointers dancing in their heads,
When such fanfare and rattling arose below stairs, they sprang from their beds to see what was happening.
What should be in their wondering eyes but a miniature hoop and ten games of NBA gear.
With a tomahawk dunk so spectacular and crazy they knew in an instant that it must have been King James.
Tatum hit a 3-pointer with the flick of his wrist and Jaylen Brunson delivered his gift with another assist.
They whistled and shouted at Joel’s feast and the entertainments of John, Luke and Joker
When the game was over, they returned to their boxes out of sight,
Saying Merry Christmas to all and from Steph Curry “night, night!”
