- A Nigerian who is a building contractor showed off a nice house he is about to start work on for a client
- In a post on X, the man said his client sent him N4 million (GH¢53,435.75+) to start the building project
- However, some said the deposit was small because currently, a bag of BUA cement sells for N3500 while Dangote Cement sells between N5,000 and N5,300 per bag

Although he did not say the total amount the entire building would cost, it appeared to be a low-budget apartment.
However, the beauty of the prototype attracted a lot of backlash from X-users, some of whom argued that the money might not be enough given the high cost of cement, an important construction material.
