Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei, founder of Hezekiah Apostolic Prayer Ministry, has challenged the opposition National Democratic Congress over the selection of the running mate for the 2024 presidential election.
At a press conference held at the International Press Center in Accra, a confident Apostle Ajayi said that the only way former President John Dramani Mahama, the flag bearer of the NDC, can win the 2024 elections is by choosing Leslie as his running mate.・He said that Mr. Tamakuroe should be appointed.
“My name is Apostle Kwabena Owusu Ajayi. I am proclaiming my God, the God of Bethel. Genesis 31:13 says, “I am the God of Bethel.” Masu.
“I am saying this is the word of God from Bethel. His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, please correct the wrongs of 2020, go to the Volta region and select Leslie Mensah Tamakloe as your running mate. You will definitely win. NDC, you have the opportunity and possibility to rule for 30 years,” he said.
Expressing confidence in his prediction, Apostle Mensah said he would volunteer to be lynched if the NDC wins the election without naming Leslie Tamakloe as its running mate.
“If His Excellency John Dramani Mahama refuses and wins this election by fielding any other candidate other than Leslie Mensah Tamakloe born April 18, 1957, then I, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei, will vote for the NDC. I’m going to give myself up to lynching by foot soldiers” and grassroots supporters.
“Meet me at the old Obra spot at Kwame Nkrumah Interchange in Dubai. Bring all your cameras and call me guilty. Whatever they want to do to me, they can throw stones at me. You can beat me, you can whip me, you can do anything to me. I said I would give myself because I am. I believe in my God and there is no going back.” said.

The apostle went on to say that if the NDC fails to win the elections after following his prophetic instructions, he still intends to be lynched.
Former President Mahama’s second bid to become Ghana’s president after his defeat in the 2016 elections will see him and New Patriotic Party flag bearer Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia as front-runners. It will be decided by a vote in December.
With months left until the election, both leading candidates have yet to reveal the name of their running mate.
