Arthur was once intimate with Efia Odo, leading to rumors of the two having an affair as lovers.
Although the two have neither confirmed nor denied the rumors in the past, their relationship seems to have languished over time.

In a recent interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, the rapper shut down a series of questions about his rumored romance with Odo bluntly stating that it was a topic he would not entertain.
According to him, he had not talked to the socialite for a long time, he was married to another woman and would not want to talk about another woman.
“I am married and to talk about a woman other than my wife would be disrespectful to her,” Kwesi Arthur said.

Instead of being offended, Efia Ondo has supported the rapper’s stance in an online post, giving a thumbs up to his response.
The actress, who was responding to a fan’s question on Snapchat, said:
“What he said was a valid and excellent response. I also wouldn’t want my husband talking about another woman,” the actress said.
