Sarkodie released Trumpet 7 years ago. The song featured 6 rappers who were believed to be the next big thing in rap music at the time.
Among the rappers featured on the song was Issac Akuffo popularly known as Koo Ntakra.
In a recent interview, Koo Ntakra said the other 6 rappers were not paid for the song but when he looked at the mileage he got from the song, he was worth more than what Sarkodie would give him.

Koo Ntakra speaks in the Trumpet song
In an interview with DLFM 106.9, the rapper said he is grateful for the opportunity Sarkodie gave him. He added that even without monetary compensation, the the song has done more for him out of any amount of money Sarkodie could have paid.
“Sarkodie didn’t pay for Trumpet but the opportunity the song gave me is more than any amount would have given me. It’s been 7 years since the song came out but wherever I go in Ghana to play if do So if Sarkodie gave me 20 billion cedis as compensation, and I count it with the mileage I have received from the song, I don’t think it would have an effect on me,” he said.

YEN.com.gh reported that Sarkodie, in a video, bonded with his son, Michael Owusu Addo Junior, smiling and playing games with him.
The rapper’s son sported a beautiful bushy haircut, making him look dapper, but some Ghanaians were not feeling the cut and urged Sarkodie to change the boy’s look.
In the comments section of the video, others also discussed who young Michael looked like, with some mentioning his mother while others said he looked like his dad.
