Recently, Lynx Entertainment CEO and music producer Richie Mensah has been posting a lot of industry hacks and stories of his past hits and songs.
In a recent post, he shared the backstory of his hit song with VIPs.
He said the group was out of town, had recently returned to the country and wanted to put out new music. He said they all direct them to his studio in their quest to find what will help them achieve what they wanted.

Richie Mensah Tells The Story Behind ‘I Think I Like Am’
Before performing the song, he shared that VIP had just returned to the country after living abroad for many years. He said the group needed to get back into the music scene and needed a really good song. Richie added that they visited Ignace, the CEO of 4syte TV and played him a song. after listening to them, he advised them to contact Richie. He added that the team later visited Geo, CEO of Famous Films, and they were advised to visit Richie again. They did, too history was made.
“Well at this time the VIPs had recently left the country. so they had just come back and wanted to put out new music. I heard they first went to Geo of Famous Films and played him their new music and he told them to look for Richie. He’s the new kid doing dope I was in awe because I was a big VIP fan, they heard the beat and immediately Zeal started singing IT’S A HIT MAN,” he said.
