Color and Symbolism: Rays of Hope
Decked out in yellow and symbolized by a black anchor, Yellow Ghana is a firm believer in Ghana’s potential to achieve greatness.
The distinctive yellow colour represents the core values that Ghana cherishes – optimism, hope, youth and boundless energy. It encapsulates an unwavering belief in a bright future for Ghana and Africa as a whole. This is complemented by the black anchor, a symbol representing stability, strength and the indomitable perseverance needed to overcome difficulties.
A Manifesto for Progress
Samuel Apea Danquah’s comprehensive 330-page manifesto outlines a transformation plan to revolutionize Ghana through common sense reforms and the complete digitization of the Ghanaian economy.
The Manifesto includes initiatives to drive development and generate wealth through jobs, technology and infrastructure revolution, covering key areas such as governance, justice, labour, social welfare, education, land and natural resources, finance, procurement, commerce, human capital, safety and security, public works and infrastructure.
After releasing the declaration, Apea-Danquah said, “Inspired by the parable of the talents, I believe that Ghana is a country we must nurture and develop and we must take responsibility for its stewardship. I call on the youth of Ghana to join me on this journey of transformation, inspired by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, who led our country to independence despite being 42 years old and having no government experience. Now is the time to save Ghana. Saving Ghana is possible but we need the support of all Ghanaians. Together, we can change the destiny of our beloved country.”

A patriot, he is keenly concerned with the issues of poor governance and economic crisis in Ghana, particularly the mismanagement of national resources, and has pledged to address the issue if elected President of the Republic.
With the wellbeing of his people as his number one priority, Samuel wrote to the Volta River Authority (VRA) in 2015 proposing ways to help resolve the low water levels at the dam, and also wrote to the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research requesting their assistance in researching a cure for HIV/AIDS.
He is also keenly interested in the opportunities that lie ahead in utilising information and communications technology to simplify and make work easier, and he sees the ICT industry as one of the sectors that can play a key role in economic transformation and job creation.
