Andelathe world’s largest private marketplace for technical talent, today announced the latest evolution of its AI-powered end-to-end platform, Andela Talent Cloud (ATC)that matches global technologists with companies seeking specialized talent.
The platform now features replayability of candidates’ technical coding tests to improve hiring decisions by providing clients with real-time insight into technologists’ coding strategies and problem-solving approaches.
This version leverages technology from Andela’s 2023 technical skills assessment platform, Qualified ® .
How does it work
With the Code Play feature, Andela provides organizations with enhanced tools to assess candidate skills and select top talent, but also, as part of the overall assessment process, to visualize how they apply their knowledge to solve coding challenges.
As organizations face a severe shortage of key talent and 90% of organizations say they will have a significant skills gap in the coming years, then hiring for potential (rather than fit or experience) is crucial, according to McKinsey.
Digging deeper
One of the distinguishing features of Andela Talent Cloud and added code replication is that coding tests within the platform are written in the same way as code production tests are written, thus using a recommended benchmark for coding strategy.
The feature also incorporates deep probing capabilities that recall key events such as user exit and return to the window and external copy and paste to ensure an honest and transparent process.
With Andela Talent Cloud, companies benefit from a faster, richer and more efficient recruiting experience. The single integrated platform streamlines the full recruiting lifecycle, helping companies source, qualify, hire, manage and pay global technologists. In addition to providing visibility into rich talent profiles and code replication, the platform opens up access to a global pool of qualified talent and streamlines time-consuming processes such as interview scheduling.
