When Dr Likee recently suggested that he would retire from acting to focus on his business interests, many of his fans were disappointed.
Explaining his decision, the man also known as Ras Nene spoke about the unfair treatment he suffered from colleagues and mentors.
Dr Likee’s emotional remarks seemed to have revealed a crisis in his camp, which led some of his friends to comment on their own.

The actor said he regretted hearing his mentor describe the pain caused by those meant to care for him.
“I don’t know the specific reason for that tag, but I think we all have to learn from our mistakes. I’ve never seen him talk like that. He described us as stubborn.”
39/40 then apologized to Dr Likee, although he stated that there was no bad blood between the two of them.
The Kumawood actor also addressed the allegations that he and his colleagues were wasting money compared to Dr Likee who was investing his earnings.

Dr Likee shares his retirement plans
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Dr Likee had stated that his work as an actor had become more tiring because of his fame.
Dr Likee admitted that he was unable to meet all the producers’ requests due to the stress and demands of his other businesses.
In his interview, the veteran actor also expressed the possibility of retiring to focus on his two partners, Aboske and Kobani.
