Ghanaian actress Portia Asare Boateng has confirmed rumors that her second marriage has collapsed.
On July 1, 2021, Portia Asare married Raymond Kwaku Marfo in a gorgeous ceremony. Photos from the wedding went viral on social media.

This was her second marriage, after divorcing her first husband, pastor John Wilberforcewhom she married in 2013.
Barely two years after her wedding, a rumor surfaced on social media that the Kumawood star’s marriage was on the verge. While she showed off her wedding ring to dispel the rumor, she wasn’t done.

In a recent interview, Portia Asare confirmed the divorce, stressing that she is not letting the setback break her spirit.
“I am not resigned. Nothing defeats me except going against the will of God. I will not give up just because I have been divorced twice. I am not at a disadvantage. The Lord says he will order my steps. He she is the one who tells me where to go,” he said.
The bubbly actress said she was determined not to let the experience define her and expressed her willingness to remarry if the opportunity presented itself.
“I’m not ready now, but if marriage comes 10,000 times, I’ll get married 10,000 times. I’ve got a long way to go,” she said.
