The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) is excited to announce its 2024 global series starting in Washington DC at The Royal Sonesta Hotel, followed by London at the Pestana Hotel, Chelsea Bridge and concluding in Accra at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge. This international series will showcase Ghana’s thriving real estate, tourism and lifestyle sectors.
The Expo offers participants a unique platform to network with real estate experts and explore lucrative investment opportunities in Ghana. With dynamic panel discussions and interactive sessions, the Expo will highlight the rapid growth of Ghana’s real estate and lifestyle industries.
Accra’s real estate market is booming and driven by growing demand for luxury properties. Time Out magazine recently ranked Cantonments, Accra, among the top 40 neighborhoods in the world. As a gateway to Africa, Ghana is seeing a lot of demand from the diaspora and not just for real estate investment.
Theme of the event: Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment’*. This year’s Expo will provide a comprehensive overview of Ghana’s real estate, tourism and lifestyle opportunities.
Co-hosted by Anna and Victoria Agyekum, founders of On Point Property Management Ltd, the expo will feature a range of government bodies, guest speakers and industry professionals offering information on property investment, legal advice, financial planning and tourism.
Exhibitors will include renowned developers, real estate companies, financial institutions, architects and lifestyle brands. Attendees will have access to a wide range of real estate options, from residential and commercial projects to beachfront villas and investment properties. The Fair will also celebrate Ghana’s rich cultural heritage, with exhibitors showcasing local products, services and tourism offerings. It aims to promote Ghanaian businesses to an international audience, promote partnerships and expand global investment.
