The Player 0.0 initiative is part of Heineken’s global responsible drinking platform, When You Drive, Never Drink, which was designed to champion responsible drinking by expanding to new audiences in the world of virtual racing. Emphasizing that the best drivers are those who choose not to drink. In a thrilling 14-lap battle at the Zandvoort sim racing circuit, the amateurs’ narrow margin of victory blew the crowd away, highlighting the competitive spirit of the campaign.
The global showdown featured tough competitors. are the local winners from tournaments held in Canada, Brazil, Mexicoand Netherlands, all culminating in a tense finale against Verstappen. However, in an amazing display of tenacity, he was Floris Wijersamateur runner from Netherlands that grabbed the spotlight, proving that determination and skill know no bounds.
