The Civil and Local Government Employees Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) on Tuesday launched a housing scheme that will enable members to secure funding to begin or complete the construction of their permanent residences. The ‘Penpamsea’ housing scheme has partnered with Hedge Pensions Trust to give members a minimum of 50,000 home loans to undertake building projects in stages.
