A video by Ernest Birmeh, popularly known as Dr Think Twice, has organized an individual protest against the burdens of social pressure.

Man campaigns against social pressures
The elderly man known as Ernest Birmeh announced that he would hold a month-long protest against unnecessary social pressures.
The social pressures he mentioned were:
“Why don’t you hurry to get married? When will you give birth? And you have given birth to one, and even having only two children is not enough.”
Advice to people inside the videohe said that anything they pressure you to do that will make you struggle later, stay away from it.
“If you know you’re going to have trouble when you get married, stay away. If having kids will bring you problems, stay away.”
In the protest, Mr Birmeh also advised men not to pay the fees for the young ladies and expect something in return such as marriage.
He also advised men not to help a lady get a job because it will eventually create problems.
“Women who put pressure on their colleagues, please be humble. Women who pressure their men to buy luxury items for them also create problems,” he said.
Arriving at the forecourt of the Accra-based media house, Despite the mediaMr. Birmeh was dressed in a long-sleeved white shirt with the inscription “IGP General Inspector of Pressure”.

Black Sherif speaks at the Occupy Julorbi House protest on Twitter
YEN.com.gh reported that Black Sheriff called out President Akufo-Addo and his government on Twitter amid the ongoing Occupy Julorbi House protest.
In his message, he said he witnessed the president’s speech at the UN Conference in New York on September 21, 2023 and was in awe of the amount of money he requested from the international body.
Many people praised him for not remaining silent on the protest even though he was not in the country.
