Speaking at a public lecture organized by the Coalition for Reconstruction (CFR) at the Accra University of Professional Studies (UPSA) on February 28, 2024, Mr. Adongo said that digitalization will minimize human intervention and reduce corruption in public service delivery. Mr Adongo criticized the government’s digitalization plan as being limited to “single improvement tools”, arguing that it does not significantly address corruption and efficiency.
