Suspending Serwaa Amihere with immediate effect is not an easy decision
Speaking in an interview with YEN.com.ghMr. Daniel Fenyi, an employment expert when asked about his opinion on whether calls for the immediate suspension of Serwaa Amihere by her employers is a step in the right direction, shared a different opinion on the matter.
“On the one hand, some might argue that her presence on television could damage the station’s credibility and reputation. Television networks rely on the trust and confidence of their audiences to maintain viewership and attract advertisers. If Serwaa’s involvement in the scandal leads to a loss of trust among viewers, it could affect the station’s ratings and revenue.

“However, Serwaa’s removal from television screens is not a decision that should be taken lightly. She is a valuable asset to the station, with a significant audience and influence. Her absence could lead to a decline in viewership, particularly among of her loyal fans. Additionally, taking her off the air could be perceived as punitive or unfair, especially if there are no clear guidelines or precedents for such disciplinary action,” he said. YEN.com.gh.

Serwaa deliberately sent the video to the press first and that is also against the law. So she must be arrested too.
