The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Asunafo South, Eric Opoku, has announced that the new 24-hour economy proposed by NDC flagbearer John Mahama will create over 9,000 new jobs in the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) alone.
